1. When assembling the crusher, the outer ring of the bearing and the hole of the bearing seat or the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft are not correctly matched.

During the assembly process of the crusher, the inner hole was not repaired, its dimensions were measured, and new bearings were replaced for assembly. After testing, it was found that the temperature rise was too high. When disassembling the measurement results, it was found that the bearing seat hole had been deformed, thus squeezing the outer ring part of the bearing, resulting in a smaller radial clearance of the bearing, uneven rolling of the rolling elements and increased wear. The gap between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is too large. The inner ring of the bearing rotates with the rolling elements and the shaft, and the friction causes the bearing to heat up and vibrate.

2. The bearing heating temperature is improperly controlled during the assembly process of the crusher.

During the heating operation, if the temperature of the bearing heater is adjusted too high, it will cause tempering and reduce the hardness and accuracy, thereby increasing the bearing temperature and causing bearing wear and damage.

3. When assembling the crusher, the bearing clearance is not adjusted properly.

In actual work, many installations are sometimes debugged only by feeling, and the gap is too large or too small to meet production needs. If the axial clearance is too small, it will easily cause the bearing to heat up, accelerate pitting corrosion, and even cause the rolling elements to be stuck or glued to damage; if the axial clearance is too large, the impact force of the kinematic pair will increase and the rigidity will decrease. thus causing the run. Unusual sounds may even cause violent shaking or damage to the cage.

The oil seal is a sealing element used to seal the rotating shaft of the crusher mechanical equipment. The cavity is basically fixed, so the oil seal is also called the rotating shaft lip seal. For oil seals with an auxiliary lip, the auxiliary lip acts as a dust-proof and prevents the intrusion of impurities, extending the service life of the oil seal. However, poor lubrication of the auxiliary lip and high friction cause damage to the dry seal oil seal. Make sure to get plenty of oil between your lips.
